  • Butter – 4 tablespoons
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Lemon – 1, cut into wedges

  • Pav Buns – 8
  • Butter – 4 tablespoons
  • Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – for garnish

1. Boiling the Vegetables

Boil the potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and green peas until they are soft. After boiling, remove the vegetables and mash the potatoes separately.
